Welcome to the
tulipe rose, founded by Katherine Woods Vandertulip. Katherine is a development professional, a creator, and the New-Mexico-based founder and editor of the
tulipe rose, a lifestyle blog concentrating on all things mid-century aesthetics, diy design, and “basic betch” fun. Katherine graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design with a BFA in Fashion Design and Museum Studies. She loves finding a good deal, making anything and everything from scratch, and cuddling poodles.
Find her on social media at @vixenbandaid.
tulip rose was created in 2017 out of Katherine’s need for a new creative outlet and project. The name combines Katherine’s favorite color, pink, and her eponymous flower, the tulip. Six years of french and little to no fluency turned it into the tulipe rose.
Zsa Zsa, Katherine’s black toy poodle puppy, is the official mascot and ambassador for the tulipe rose. She's named after Zsa Zsa Gabor and filled with love, sass, and cuddles. You can follow Zsa Zsa and her sister Pippa’s adventures on social media at @pippaandzsazsa.
